Seen in lodges from grand to humble, old to new

You can choose antler light fixtures made with deer antlers, elk antlers, or moose antlers - real or "faux." You can even collect your own antlers and have them made into light fixtures.

Make a statement with your antler lighting - but choose a chandelier or lamp that has the right proportions for your space.

What to look for? Make sure the lights are constructed so that the wiring is hidden inside the antler and that the unit is UL listed for safety.

Where to put an antler chandelier? According to Anne Stillman O'Leary in her book Adirondack Style, every cabin or camp "should have one major chandelier, whether it be made out of antlers, wrought iron, electrified twig, or a basic wagon wheel." Putting an antler chandelier over your dining table is the obvious choice but don't be limited by the obvious. How about over a stair well, in an entry hall, in a great room or living area, or in a grand master bedroom.
